COLDSPRING — The Coldspring Town Board met on July 11 for its regular monthly meeting and public hearing.

The meeting was called to order by Supervisor Tina Hyde.

Members present were Wendell Craig Anderson, Timothy Plaskett, Kenneth Dechow and David Chapman. Also present were Ronald Brooks, highway superintendent, and several resident/property owners.

Minutes were read from the June 13 Town Board meeting by town clerk, and approved as read by Tina Hyde.

The Steamburg Cemetery Board requests an opportunity to speak at the next town board meeting.

Local Law No. 1 of 2019 to override the tax levy limit (if needed) was adopted by the board.

The next meeting of the Town Board is scheduled for Thursday, Aug. 8.
