The Community Music Project is looking for singers to join the non-audition group ‘The CMP Chorale.” In 2018, the CMP Chorale had between 80 and 90 members ranging in ages from 16 to 90 years of age while presenting two concerts. Those who enjoy singing but don’t want to audition can call the Community Music Project at 664-2227 or visit cmpchorale.org for information. The fall CMP Chorale concert will be under the direction of Rebecca Ryan, retired director of choral studies at Mercyhurst University, with the concert to be held on Nov. 3 and titled “Back on Broadway.” The CMP Chorale is open to anyone free of charge. Rehearsals begin Aug. 26, with Aug. 1 being the deadline to join.
