The New York State Nurse Practitioner Association Southern Tier Group presented the 2019 Jackie Pacos Memorial Scholarship to two student nurse practitioners. A $500 award and a one-year membership was presented to Alexis DiPalma from Dunkirk and Jerezem Fegley from Frewsburg.
