The Chautauqua Leadership Network will hold its second annual Mini Golf Tournament on Wednesday, June 12, at Webb’s Miniature Golf in Mayville.

Registration will begin at 5 p.m. with shotgun starts at 6 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Participants can choose either time to play.

The cost is $50 per four-person team. The fund raising event is open to the public and includes complimentary drinks and snacks.

Sponsorship and donation opportunities are also available. The cost to sponsor the entire event is $500 while $125 earns your organization exclusive naming rights for a hole and $25 puts your name along with others on a hole sponsorship.

To register a team or become a sponsor, please register online by June 5 at chautauqualeadership.org.
