Armenio Suzano and William J. Newbrough, of the Acclaim Duo, from Houghton College gave a memorable performance for the Mozart Club at The Marvin House March 13. The program, a musical offering “around the world” consisting of Brazilian, Italian, French, Argentinian and American selections as well as an original composition by the artists, “Joyful, Joyful” a variation on Beethoven’s “Ode to Joy ” from his 9th Symphony. The next program of the Mozart Club will be with Philomel of Warren, 310 Market St., Warren, on Wednesday, April 10, at 1:30 p.m. Pictured are Newbrough and Suzano with Hannah Hawes, a student assistant.
