Brookdale Lakewood and the United Senior Council is hosting its seventh annual Chautauqua County Senior Sweetheart Contest.

All nominees must be at least 70 years of age or older and live in Chautauqua County. Nominations can be sent to Katie Walker, sales manager at Brookdale Lakewood, by calling 665-2414, emailing Katrina.walker@brookdale .com or by sending them to Katie Walker, 220 Southwestern Dr., Lakewood, NY 14750.

When nominating a deserving senior, provide a brief description why he or she should be named Chautauqua County Senior Sweetheart. All nominations must be received by 5 p.m. Monday, Feb. 4.

This year’s Chautauqua County Senior Sweetheart will be crowned on Thursday, Feb. 14, at 2:30 p.m. at Brookdale Lakewood, 220 Southwestern Dr., Lakewood. The winner will receive a gift basket valued at more than $400. Entertainment and complimentary refreshments will also be served.
