Reg Lenna Center To Screen ‘Hereditary’

The supernatural horror film Hereditary shows Wednesday, Aug. 22, at Reg Lenna Center for The Arts.

When Ellen, the matriarch of the Graham family, passes away, her daughter’s family begins to unravel cryptic and increasingly terrifying secrets about their ancestry. The more they discover, the more they find themselves trying to outrun the sinister fate they seem to have inherited as it slowly destroys everything they know. The film stars Toni Collette (The Sixth Sense). Hereditary is rated R and is 117 minutes long.

Upcoming movies at The Reg include the Fred Rogers documentary Won’t You Be My Neighbor? on Wednesday, Aug. 29, at 7 p.m., the father-daughter music comedy Hearts Beat Loud starring Nick Offerman (The Hero) on Wednesday, Sept. 12, at 7 p.m. and Sandra Bullock with Anne Hathaway in the heist comedy Ocean’s 8 on Saturday, Sept. 15, at 8 p.m.
