CHERRY CREEK — The 2018 Cherry Creek Summer Gazebo Concert Series will continue Thursday evening in the gazebo of the Memorial Park, located on Main Street,behind the Town Hall. In case of inclement weather the concert will be held in the pavilion of the Ballpark further down Main Street.

With the concert beginning at 6:30 p.m., guests are reminded that supper-type refreshments will be available and to bring their own lawn chairs for seating.

Patti Cook will be the featured entertainment for the evening. The only solo act of this year’s concert series, Cook does a mix of Country and classic Pop tunes, specializing in songs made famous by Patsy Cline.

“This is the first time a solo artist has been featured here in concert,” said Brenda Hendricks of the Cherry Creek Community Association, Inc. “We hope that the park will be filled with folks ready to make Patti feel welcome.”

The 2018 Cherry Creek Summer Gazebo Concert Series is sponsored by the Cherry Creek Community Association, Inc., and funded in part by the New York State Council On The Arts Decentralization Program with support from the New York State Legislature and Gov. Andrew Cuomo and administered by the Cattaraugus County Arts Council. This program is also supported by the Town of Cherry Creek and community members.
