Jehuu Caulcrick is taking on a dual role of serving as the director of industrial services for the Manufacturers Association of the Southern Tier and as the Dream It Do It Coordinator in Chautauqua County.

“Jehuu is a great addition to the team,” stated Todd Tranum, executive director of the Manufacturers Association of the Southern Tier and president/CEO of Dream It Do It Western New York. “We have placed a significant amount of focus on workforce development and particularly reaching out to schools, educators, students and parents. Given Jehuu’s background, his leadership qualities and his passion for serving the community, he is the right fit for this position.”

Caulcrick recently relocated to the area from the west coast and has been coaching football at Southwestern High School.

In addition to coaching, Caulcrick has been providing motivational speeches to a variety of audiences in the region as well as broadcasting sporting events. Prior to moving back to the area Caulcrick worked for the Appco Group US, in Los Angeles and San Francisco as the manager of sales and marketing for not for profit organizations. Caulcrick is a former professional football player who played for the New York Jets, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, San Francisco 49’ers and the Buffalo Bills. Caulcrick received a Bachelor of Arts in sociology from Michigan State University.

“I am enjoying this opportunity to work with the manufacturers in the region and supporting their needs,” Caulcrick said. “Workforce development will be a central part of the work I do here, yet I am also looking forward to being an advocate for manufacturers.”
