The Chautauqua-Cattaraugus Board of Realtors has named Kelly Patrone as 2021 Realtor of the Year at the organization’s annual installation banquet.

Criteria for the award include involvement at the local board and state association level, community activity and charitable giving, realtor spirit and strict adherence to the Realtor Code of Ethics.

Patrone is active in the community and serves as the chairperson for the Chautauqua-Cattaraugus Board of Realtors’ Scholarship and Golf Outing fundraisers. Scholarships are given annually to four local high-school seniors entering the business field. She is also actively involved in her church and volunteers at the Olean Theater Workshop.

Patrone has served as board’s treasurer since 2016. She also serves on multiple committees for the New York State Association of Realtors and attends state meetings biannually.

The Realtor of the Year is nominated and selected by realtor members of the Chautauqua-Cattaraugus Board of Realtors. Patrone’s peers have described her as conscientious, extremely ethical, and as someone who goes above and beyond for their clients.

Patrone is an associate broker with Howard Hanna Professionals, operating out of Olean. She has previously been honored with the Board of Realtors Diamond Presidential Award, the highest award presented for Sales Excellence.
