League Of Women Voters Hot Topics Event Set For Jan. 25

The League of Women Voters of Chautauqua County will hold a Hot Topics Zoom presentation on public health at noon Jan. 25 with Dr. Lillian Ney, president of the Chautauqua County Board of Health. Ney will discuss public health issues of concern in the county, including the reorganization of the county Health and Human Services and Department of Mental Hygiene and continuing issues with COVID-19, the flu and the respiratory syncytial virus (RSV). Ney is also expected to discuss filling the vacancies left by Christine Schuyler, former county health director, and epidemiologist Bree Agett.
