Conservation Board To Meet
The Chautauqua County Soil and Water Conservation District board will meet at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday at Bemus Point United Methodist Church, 4954 Bemus-Ellery Road, Bemus Point. For reservations call 664-2351, ext. 102, or email Chaut-Co@soilwater.org so attendance numbers can be recorded and so those attending can be provided with COVID-19 safety protocol meeting guidelines, the room location and parking instructions.
Gazebo Concert Set For Wed.
SOUTH DAYTON — Country Memories, performing country music from the 1970s and 1980s, will perform from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday in the South Dayton Gazebo on the South Dayton Village Green. In case of rain, the concert will move to the South Dayton American Legion Pavilion, 4 Mill St., South Dayton, Those attending should bring lawn chairs.
School Board To Meet Tuesday
SALAMANCA — The Salamanca City Central School Board meeting originally scheduled for Tuesday at 5:30 p.m. has been rescheduled for Wednesday at 6 p.m. The meeting will be held in the high school large group instruction room and is open to the public.
Genealogical Society To Meet
CASSADAGA — The Chautauqua County Genealogical Society will meet Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. for its monthly meeting and program at the Cassadaga American Legion Hall. Members are encouraged to attend. Guests are welcome.

Marvin House
The Marvin Community House in Jamestown is offering take-out meals Thursday between 3-4 p.m. that will include tossed salad, chicken cutlet, cheese and spinach stuffed shells, Italian bread and Italian chocolate wedding cookies. Meals will be available between 3-4 p.m. Reservations can be made by sending an email to marvinhouse@netsync.net or calling 488-6206. The cost is $17 for members and $20 for non-members.

The administrative board of the South and Center Chautauqua Lake Sewer Districts will meet at 9:30 a.m. Thursday, July 29, at the water pollution control facility.

JHS Class Of 1968 To Host Birthday Party
On Saturday, Sept. 19, the Jamestown High School Class of 1968 will host its 70th (+1) Birthday Celebration at the Den Adelsman’s Klub starting at noon. The cost is $10 per person for a hot dog and hamburg cookout. Those attending are asked to bring their own beverages. Those attending are free to bring snacks to share or a dish to pass.
