Outdoor Club To Hike Dam

Members of the Allegheny Outdoor Club will hike at Chapman Dam in Warren County on Sunday. Members will also have the chance to check out the work that has been done on the connector trail. The group will meet at 1:30 p.m. at the last parking lot before the campground. Linda Ross will be the leader.

Bemus BOE To Meet Monday

BEMUS POINT — The Bemus Point Central School Board will meet at 6 p.m. Monday in the STEM room at Maple Grove High School on Dutch Hollow Road. Those attending are asked to use the gym entrance; social distancing will be recognized, and a limit of 50 people will be observed.

Ellicott Town Board Meeting

The Ellicott Town Board will hold a special board meeting at 6 p.m. Monday to review and approve the tentative budget.

JCC Education Services To Meet

NCC Water District To Meet

SHERIDAN — The administrative board of the North Chautauqua County Water District will meet at 4 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 8, in the Sheridan Community Building, 2773 Route 20, Sheridan. The meeting will be open to the public, and those attending will be asked to follow current COVID-19 guidelines.

Napoli Budget Workshop Wed.

NAPOLI — The Napoli Town Board will hold a budget workshop Wednesday at 6 p.m.

County Ethics Board To Meet

MAYVILLE — The Chautauqua County Ethics Board will meet at 4 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 14, in Rooms 331 and 333 of the Gerace Office Building, 3 N. Erie St. in Mayville. Current members of the board are Susan Dilks, John Lloyd, David Rowe, Rose Sebouhian and Mary Kay Szwejbka. Those attending the meeting must wear a face covering, adhere to social distancing measures and will be screened for the symptoms of COVID-19 prior to entering the building. Love Inc. Extends Sign Program

Due to an overwhelming response the Love Your Neighbor Campaign with Love INC has been extended. Request “You Are Loved!” signs for $15 each at LoveINCSCC.org or at the Love INC office at 553 W. Third St., Jamestown, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Thursday. The sign will be placed by the Love INC Love Squad volunteer in a love one’s yard for one week and be accompanied by a personalized card. The volunteer will return in one week to remove the sign. The deadline to request a sign is Monday.
