County Meetings Are Canceled

The Chautauqua County Legislature Public Safety and Human Services Committee meetings scheduled for Wednesday have been canceled.

Marco Polo Club Cancels Dinner

The Marco Polo Club in Jamestown has canceled its ticket dinner originally scheduled for Saturday. A new date will be announced at a later time.

Tourism Dept. Sends Surveys

The Cattaraugus County Department of Economic Development, Planning and Tourism is in the process of contacting Cattaraugus County businesses to find out how the COVID-19 pandemic is affecting them. The information can then be used to communicate information or resources if or when it becomes available. The survey call takes about 15 minutes. “The required information is brief and helps us to update information we have on file from the state Department of Labor,” the county Department of Economic Development, Planning and Tourism said in a news release. “The additional information will help us, as a county, really gauge how our local businesses have been affected and what is most important to them.” The survey can be filled out online at cattco.org/covid-19-business-survey. Seniors Cancel Two Meetings

STOW — The North Harmony Senior Citizens have canceled its April and May meetings due to the coronavirus pandemic. A notice will appear when the group will resume meetings. Anyone over the age of 50 is welcome to join the dinner/meeting held the third Monday at 5 p.m. in the clubhouse on Stow Road.
