JCC Board To Meet Tuesday

The Jamestown Community College Board of Trustees will meet Tuesday in the boardroom on the Jamestown Campus, Jamestown, with videoconferencing to the boardrooms on the Cattaraugus County Campus, Olean, and the North County Training Center, Dunkirk. At 1:30 p.m., the Middle States Working Group will meet with the board followed by the full board meeting at 3 p.m. The public is welcome to attend.

Panama School Board To Meet

PANAMA — The Panama Central School Board of Education will meet Monday at 7 p.m. in the board room. There will also be a Smart Schools Phase 1 public hearing before the meeting at 6:45 p.m. The public is welcome to attend both meetings.

Antique Car Club To Convene

The Antique Car Club will hold its monthly meeting at 7 p.m. Wednesday at the War Vets Recreation Club on Fluvanna Avenue. The club will elect officers for the next year. For more information, call 287-3754.

Thrift Shop Has Holiday Items

St. Luke’s Thrift Shop, 409 Pine St. between East Fourth and East Fifth streets, Jamestown, announces the following specials starting Dec. 19, Thursday and Friday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Half price all ladies sweaters and children’s clothing; and men’s long sleeved dress shirts, slacks and sport jackets all $1 each. There is a large assortment of Christmas items. The shop will be closed Christmas week and will reopen Thursday, Jan. 2.

N. Harmony ZBA Sets Meeting

STOW — The North Harmony Zoning Board of Appeals will meet at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday to discuss a use variance to create a living space at 3486 Mason St., Ashville. The public is welcome to attend.

Count Committee Meets Wed.

A Complete Count Committee meeting will be held at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 18, in the Sarita H. Weeks Room at Jamestown Community College. The group of government, educational, foundation, nonprofit and businesses leaders will be charged with coming up with strategies to reach all segments of the local population in the 2020 Census.

Marvin House Sets Holiday
