St. Luke’s Thrift Shop Is Open

St. Luke’s Thrift Shop, 409 Pine St. between East Fourth and East Fifth streets in Jamestown, announces there’s a very large selection of Christmas decorations, toys and gift items, as well as warm clothing for all (men’s jackets to size 5X), and small housewares. This week the thrift shop has brought back jewelry. Hours for sales are Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m Receiving is Tuesday 9 a.m. to noon. Note that the shop is closed when Jamestown Public Schools are closed because of the weather. The all-volunteer staff includes many from RSVP. All proceeds are used locally.

Holiday Events Are Saturday

RANDOLPH — The Randolph Holiday Arts & Crafts Show will be held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday followed by the Light Up the Night Christmas parade at 7 p.m. Lighting of the Memory Tree will follow the parade.

Empty Bottle To Hold Toys For Tots Fundraiser

The Empty Bottle at Southern Tier Brewing Distillery will hold a Fri-Yay event from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday to benefit Toys for Tots. The distillery is located at 2501A Stoneman Circle, Lakewood. Ten percent of proceeds will benefit Toys for Tots. Those who bring a toy to donate will be entered in a prize drawing.

Presents ‘Charlie Brown’ Christmas

The Reg Lenna presents: A Charlie Brown Christmas Live on Stage at 7 p.m. Thursday. Adapted from Charles M. Schulz’s timeless story of the spirit of Christmas, the production features the unforgettable music of Vince Guaraldi, as well as a concert of beloved holiday carols performed by the Peanuts characters. Masks are recommended regardless of vaccination status. Admission requirements subject to change. Tickets range from $20 to $55. $20. Prices listed before fees.

Christmas In The Vineyard Event Is Saturday

WESTFIELD — The Lake Erie Grape Discovery Center presents Christmas in the Vineyard from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday. A time for families has been set aside from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. There will be a visit from Santa, children can complete a craft project with special guidance from staff. Seating is limited There is no charge for children. For more information call 716-326-2003. The afternoon (1 to 5 p.m.), is geared toward adults. Adults can create a lighted Wine Cork Holiday Tree during one of two sessions either 1:15 p.m. or 3 p.m. There is a fee of $25 for the wine cork holiday tree project, and due to limited seating, paid reservations are due today. Marvin House Dinner Theater Is Saturday

The Marvin Community House, 2 W. Fifth St., presents “All She Wants for Christmas,” a dinner theater, at 6 p.m. Saturday The dinner theater production stars Broadway performer Todd Wagner. The venue features an exhibit of decorated Christmas trees. Hundreds of ornaments were selected to show the materials used at the turn of the twentieth century.
