Wells — Atkins

Chelsea Christine Atkins and Andy Wells exchanged wedding vows on June 12, 2015, at the Jamestown Gateway Train Station.

The Rev. John Gerber, pastor of Fairview United Methodist Church in Fairview, Pa., performed the ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Gregory and Susan Atkins of Jamestown, N.Y., and the granddaughter of the late Ruth and Gordon Atkins and the late Frances and Everett Lundmark. Her husband is the son of Therese and Daniel Wells of Wattsburg, Pa., and the grandson of the late George and Eleanor Kurtzhals of Wattsburg, Pa. He is also the grandson of Molly Wells and the late Logan Wells of Wattsburg.

The bride wore a layered, asymmetrical floor-length chiffon gown with crystal beading and details.

Katie Atkins, sister of the bride, was maid of honor. Best man was Matt Anderson, friend of the groom.

The bride is a 2004 graduate of Frewsburg Central School and is a 2010 graduate of Mercyhurst University with a master’s degree in special education. Her husband is a 2002 graduate of Seneca High School in Erie, Pa., and attended Penn State Behrend. The bride teaches special education in Asheville, N.C. Her husband is a certified technician for Safelite Auto Glass.

They honeymooned in Costa Rica and are living in Asheville, N.C.
