Fletcher Elementary School recently held a “Helping Everyone Respect Others” or HERO campaign. Students were recognized during their PBIS (Positive Behavioral Interventions & Supports) assembly for exemplary behavior and they became HERO ambassadors at Fletcher. The students had a fun assignment of wearing their “superhero” capes all month long and distributed tickets to students who demonstrated being respectful, responsible and safe and, to anyone who stopped bullying. Fletcher Elementary School also had a night for parents to see the school’s Second Step Program about bullying in action.
