Chelsea Marie Anderson and Cody Lyle Oakes announce their engagement.

Miss Anderson is the daughter of Tad and Brenda Henderson of Gerry, N.Y., and Ken Anderson of Jamestown, N.Y. Her fiance is the son of Ken and Sharon Oakes of Cassadaga, N.Y.

Miss Anderson is a 2015 graduate of the State University at Fredonia and is pursuing a master’s degree in speech pathology/communication disorders at the University of Houston. Her fiance is a 2015 graduate of the State University at Fredonia. He is employed by PricewaterhouseCoopers in Houston, Texas, as a licensed CPA.

An August 2017 wedding is planned.
