Donald C. and Joanne H. Puder of Jamestown, N.Y., celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on Aug. 15, 2015, with an open house at the Masonic Lodge, Baker Street Extension, Jamestown, N.Y. The celebration was hosted by their son and daughter-in-law, Scott and Teresa Puder. Members of the original wedding party in attendance were Marilyn Wilcox, maid of honor, Carolyn Rowell and Lucille Donalies, bridesmaids and cousins of the bride and Edgar Puder, best man and brother of the groom. Out-of-state guests attended from Texas, Oregon and New Hampshire.

Puder and the former Joanne Hendrickson were married Aug. 14, 1965 in the First Lutheran Church, Jamestown, N.Y. The Rev. Paul A. Westerberg performed the ceremony.

Puder had been employed by AVM Corporation and retired from Cummins Engine Company. Mrs. Puder had been employed by AVM Corporation and retired from the Jamestown Board of Education. They are members of First Lutheran Church.
