Loren L. and Gloria Parker celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on April 3, 2015, with an open house. The celebration was hosted by their daughters: Eileen McGrath and Andrea LeRoy and their grandchildren: Melissa and Shannon McGrath and Collin and Rachel Grace LeRoy.

Parker and the former Gloria Worden were married April 3, 1965, in the Lakewood Methodist Church. The Rev. Wlliam Gaiser performed the ceremony.
