JHS Suffers Volleyball Setback

Clarence (1-0, 1-0) picked up a 25-7, 25-14, 25-11 Erie County Interscholastic Conference Division I volleyball win over Jamestown (0-1, 1-1) on Tuesday.

Kayleigh Haines had eight kills and two blocks in the loss, Morgan Tracy had five kills and two blocks, and Mimi Anderson added one ace for the Lady Red Raiders.

Clarence also prevailed in the junior varsity match.


ALLEGANY — Randolph topped Allegany-Limestone (1-1), 25-18, 25-17, 25-23, on Wednesday, thanks to 13 kills from Sydney Hvizdzak and 16 assists from Madison Callahan.

Jill Stahley added 10 digs and three assists in the win, while Cameron Riordan had 12 assists and Emma McCarthy added seven kills for the Gators.
