Jamestown Beats Randolph For First Win

Jamestown picked up a 2-0 win over Randolph in boys non-league soccer action Friday for its first win of the season.

Jordan Crofoot found the back of the net at 47:02 from Tage Roehm while Andrew Dix converted an unassisted goal at 75:04 to lead the shutout for the Red Raiders (1-7-0, 0-5-0 ECIC 1).

Jacob Bulich made 12 saves in net for the Cardinals (4-6-1, 2-2-1 CCAA East) while Jamestown’s Josh Loomis made six saves.

The game was delayed with eight minutes remaining due to a lightning warning before being completed.
