Falconer Girls, JHS Boys Post Bowling Wins

McKyla Scott tossed a 189-189-534 and Beth Brown added a 164-222-521 as the Falconer girls remained undefeated at 12-0 by downing Jamestown (7-5), 4-0, in Chautauqua-Cattaraugus Athletic Association bowling action on Friday at Jamestown Bowling Company.

The Falconer girls recorded games of 758-751-764-2,273 compared to Jamestown’s 631-727-704-2,062.

Justice Edens fired a 165-158-461, Connie Rushforth had a 177-460 and Emily Ryberg rolled a 157-458 for Jamestown.

The Jamestown boys claimed their match by rolling a 910-1,068-1,093-3,071 to move to 9-3 as Austin Aldrich led the way with a 229-268-197-693. Riley Piazza spilled a 223-202-235-660, Kyle Christensen had a 195-568, William Ploetz had singles of 214-215 and Zach Ryberg added a 257.

For Falconer (2-10), which put together games of 906-826-750-2,482, Matt Gullotti shot a 203-193-556, Matt Bowman had a 204, Jacob Chapman rolled a 200 and Jon Zdunski had a 191.
