Jack English and Sean McDaniel combined on the shutout, stopping five shots. Randy Simon was credited with the assist on Wigsten’s goal.
“Once we got it sorted out at the defensive end, we played really well,” Jamestown CC coach Pat Anderson said. ” … You just don’t put yourself down 2-0 and expect to come back to win the game if you don’t gnerate any offense.”
Judah Herr made one save for the Jayhawks (2-9-2, 1-9), who travel to Genesee CC for a 6 p.m. game on Wednesday.
