Damore Finishes Second At WNYPGA’s Pennhills Stop

BRADFORD, Pa. — Chris Zumpano, the assistant golf pro at Oak Hill Country Club, won the Western New York PGA’s Blaisdell Pro Am on the first playoff hole with a birdie.

Zumpano, Michael O’Connor of The Kahkwa Club and Pat Damore of Lakewood Golf Center all fired 1-under-par 69s at The Pennhills Club.

Steve Barber of Locust Hill Country Club, and amateur teammates Josh Stauffer, Gene Fazio and Keith Stauffer won the two gross best-ball event with a 7-under-par 133.

Mike Touhey of Moon Brook CC shot a 76, Jack Widger of Elkdale CC had a 77, Dwayne Randall of Peek’n Peak Resort fired a 77, Ryan Swanson of Pinehurst GC had an 80.
