SOUTHERN TIER BABE RUTH SOFTBALL

MINORS DIVISION

Southwestern Burnett’s Flooring took down Jamestown 2, 13-6.

Burnett’s Flooring was led by a home run and a triple from Brooke Shutters while Meredith Kimball played excellent defense.

Addison Hughes played well offensively for Jamestown 2 and Janessa Fred starred on defense.

Falconer 2 and Southwestern Burnett’s Flooring played to a 13-13 tie.

Denza Fanara was the defensive Player of the Game for Falconer 2 and Hanna Melquist was the offensive player.

For Southwestern Burnett’s Flooring, Avery Casselman played well on defense and Brooke Long had a great game on offense.

Jamestown Rudy’z Pizza defeated Falconer’s Lattanzo Orthopedics and Sports Medicine, 16-9.

Standouts for Jamestown were Maylin Cuifolo on defense and Ashley Smith on offense.

For Falconer, the stars were Angelina Fiasco on defense and Hannah Melquist on offense.

Randolph R.J. Finch Construction defeated Bemus Point Bohall Financial, 16-5. Randolph R.J. Finch Construction defensive standouts were Allie Conley and Sofia Bieniek.

For Bemus Point, the defensive player was Gabby Testa.

Outstanding offensive players for Randolph R.J. Finch Construction were Jaclynn Flood and Mara Harvey.

The outstanding offensive player for Bemus was Harper Dawes.

ROOKIES DIVISION

On Saturday, the Neil’s Propane Panama Rookies outscored The Dinner Bell Frewsburg Rookies for the win.

Addy Sturges was the offensive player going 5 for 5 at the plate and Keira Loberg was defensive player for Panama.

Autumn Grunstrum was offensive player and Skylar Eckstrom was defensive player for Frewsburg.

JAMESTOWN CAL RIPKEN

ROOKIES DIVISION

An afternoon of baseball ended Saturday with a walkoff between True Value and Luthern Social Services.

True Value was lead by Amari McGualty and Bryce Graves.

Luthern Social Services was lead by Tyler Ostrander and Braeden Signorino.

D&S Glass and True Value squared off in an entertaining battle.

True Value was led by Jimmy Graves and Andre Graham.

D&S Glass was led by Anthony Nichols and Hector Montanez.

Lutheran defeated MC Complete, 7-1, in five innings of play on Friday.

Offensive standouts for Lutheran were Timothy Stahlman, Gabe Wilkins and Julian Jackson, who all had three hits each.

MC Complete’s big hitters were Jordan Thompson with two hits and Javonte Hampton with two hits, including a double.

CITY REC BASEBALL

GOB Electric Astros defeated the A-One Auto Tigers, 17-5, on Saturday Afternoon

The Astros were led by Donavin Carraher, who had four hits, including a home run. Jericho Thaggard also homered while Cameron Carraher and Skylynn Tomlinson each added four hits apiece

Catherine Farnsworth, Isaac Stanford and Dominic Kum all homered and Caleb Delahoy chipped in two hits for the Tigers.

TEE-BALL DIVISION

Xavier Nickerson was the offensive standout and Gabriella McFadden was the defensive standout for the Jamestown Teachers Association against RK Motors on Friday.

Michael Ludwick was the offensive standout for RK Motors and Gage Delahoy was the defensive standout.

Sebastian Gibbs was the offensive star and Esabella Figueroa was the defensive star for the Jamestown Teacher’s Association against Kallie’s Krusade on Saturday.

Andrew Cama was the offensive star for Kallie’s Krusade and Jackson Dominick was the defensive star.

Lyla Stronz was the defensive standout and Payton Sell was the offensive standout for Kallie’s Krusade in its game with Farm Fresh Foods.

John Schnars was the offensive standout and Annalie Johnson the defensive standout for the Farm Fresh Foods.

Jacob Ecklof stood out offensively and Jaeda Pellerino stood out defensively for Ecklof Bakery against Elks.

Lilyann Harmon stood out offensively and Kaiden Clark stood out defensively for Elks.

FALCONER LITTLE LEAGUE

Barton Tool defeated Bloomquist Landscaping on Saturday, 13-9.

Jake Sears led Barton Tool with three hits, including a double. Channing Brainard had three hits while Brayden Scott and Jackson Roth had two hits each.

Jacob Roth, Zach Markham, and Evan Newman combined for 10 strikeouts and gave up six hits.

Jackson Lillie, Carson Olson and Karson DePasquale each doubled for Bloomquist.

Jackson Roth’s go-ahead grand slam in the fifth inning led Barton Tool to a 7-5 victory over Falconer Moose.

Ethan Swan and Jacob Roth contributed two hits each. The Roth brothers combined for nine strikeouts on the mound.

For Falconer Moose, Devon Wood had three hits while Payton Dustin and Devin Dabic each had two hits.
