Dylan Chase

Pine Valley

Dylan Chase scored 39 points, including nine 3-pointers, in Pine Valley’s 64-42 CCAA Division 2 East victory over North Collins on Friday. Chase had 14 points in the first quarter and finished strong with 21 points in the second half. He also pulled down five rebounds to go along with five steals.


Haley Hettenbaugh


Haley Hettenbaugh had 15 points, 10 rebounds, five assists, four steals and a blocked shot in Randolph’s 53-20 Division 1 East win over Silver Creek on Monday. On Thursday in a 71-22 Division 1 East victory over Gowanda, Hettenbaugh had 20 points, nine steals, eight rebounds and six assists.


Marshall Johnson


Randolph’s Marshall Johnson won the 195-pound title at the Patrick J. Morales Memorial Wrestling Tournament on Friday and Saturday with a 38-second takedown of Harborcreek’s Dom Viscuso in the championship bout. Johnson also earned a win earlier in the week against Salamanca.


Patrick Yuchnitz

Panama/Chautauqua Lake/Maple Grove

Patrick Yuchnitz won the 100-yard freestyle while also being a member of the winning 200-yard medley and 400-yard freestyle relays as Panama/Chautauqua Lake/Maple Grove won the 16th annual Jon Brockhurst Invitational at Lake Shore Central School on Saturday. On Thursday in a win over Frewsburg/Southwestern/Pine Valley, Yuchnitz just missed bettering his 100-yard breaststroke record with a victory in 1:07.33. In a close loss to Olean/Portville/Allegany-Limestone/Franklinville earlier in the week, Yuchnitz won the 100-yard breaststroke in 1:09.0.


Austin Aldrich


Austin Aldrich had a 265 game en route to a 648 series as Jamestown beat Fredonia, 3-1 in Division 1 bowling Wednesday at Jamestown Bowling Company. Aldrich’s series helped the Red Raiders to a linescore of 881-872-1,050-2,803.


Justice Edens


Justice Edens rolled a 205 game en route to a 554 series as Jamestown swept Fredonia, 4-0, in Division 1 bowling Wednesday at Jamestown Bowling Company. Edens’ series helped the Red Raiders to a linescore of 766-763-803-2,332.
