CHAUTAUQUA – Dick Cole aced the 150-yard No. 15 with his 8-iron on the Lake Course at Chautauqua Golf Club on Friday. Cole was playing with his wife, Onda.

FALCONER – Jerry Moran aced the 162-yard third hole at Breezewood Links. It was his second hole-in-one and he used a 3-wood for the shot, which was witnessed by his son, Troy.

LAKEWOOD – Skip Kemick aced the 16th hole at Maplehurst Country Club on Thursday. Kemick used a 7-iron for the 138-yard shot, which was witnessed by Libby Nord and Shree Kemick.

MAYVILLE – Barb Vogan of Bemus Point used a driver to ace the fourth hole at Willow Run Golf Course.

Her first ace was witnessed by Susan Spillane and Angie Giuffre.

AKELEY, Pa. – Ralph Gallo recorded the first hole-in-one in the history of Senior Men’s Golf League on Friday at Cable Hollow Golf Course.

Gallo had his ace on No. 2. The witnesses were Jon Vincent and Ken Miller.

P.J. Gronquist aced No. 4 at South Hills Country Club on Wednesday with his 9-iron. The feat was witnessed by Marty Stockwell and Nick Lucas.

BEMUS POINT – Bill Loomis got a nice surprise on his 43rd birthday Thursday at Bemus Point Golf Club. The Bemus Point resident sank his first career ace on the 118-yard No. 2 with a pitching wedge while playing in the weekly Thursday Night Men’s Golf League. His witnesses were Marcus Lutgen, Kris Brown and Scott Kelemen.

LAKEWOOD – Shirley Pearson sank her tee shot on No. 16 to give her an ace on the Ladies Golf Tour at Maplehurst Country Club on Monday.

LAKEWOOD – Shirley Pearson of Russell, Pennsylvania, aced the 115-yard No. 16 with a 5-wood while playing in the Ladies’ Golf Tour on July 18 at Maplehurst Country Club. It was her third career hole-in-one. The shot was witnessed by Helen Adams, Candy Joslyn and Suzy Stetz.

BLOCKVILLE – Andrew Reinwald used a 5-iron to record his first hole-in-one on the par 3, 154-yard seventh hole at Timber Creek Golf Course.

Mark Burgeson, Clayton Phillips and Andrew Tordella were the witnesses.

AKELEY, Pa. – Ralph Gallo made history by becoming the first golfer in the Friday Senior Men’s League at Cable Hollow Golf Course to ever record a hole-in-one.

Gallo aced No. 2. Witnesses were Jon Vincent and Ken Miller.

NORTH WARREN, Pa. – Jack Shattuck recorded an ace on the 98-yard No. 11 in the final round of Conewango Valley Member-Guest Tournament on Sunday. The witnesses were Tad Gebhardt, Bob Follett, Ed Kavanaugh, Jim Pullan, Reid Van Every, Rick Allen and Allan Davison.

FINDLEY LAKE – Using a pitching wedge, Matthew Graham recorded his first career ace on the 121-yard, 11th hole on the Lower Course at Peek’n Peak on Friday.

Witness were his father Ron and friend Albert Bensink.

CHAUTAUQUA – Roger Post recorded his first hole-in-one on the sixth hole on the Lake Course at Chautauqua Golf Club.

Post used a pitching wedge. Witnesses were Al Post, Sandy Post and Lisa Post.

CHAUTAUQUA – Stu Meyerson sank his tee shot with a driver on the fourth hole on the Lake Course at Chautauqua Golf Club.

Meyerson was playing with Rich Flanigan, Regis Thompson and Fred Natarelli.

LAKEWOOD – Royce Swan of Lakewood aced the 152-yard No. 16 with a 52-degree wedge while playing in the Eppehimer Open at Maplehurst Country Club recently.

His ace was witnessed by Bob Bertch, Rich Farr and Bill Farr.

BUSTI – Jon Peterson used a 9-iron to ace the 130-yard fifth hole at South Hills Country Club on Saturday. Witnesses were Patti Lundin and Russ Cusimano.
