Paladino isn't keeping his promise.

Why is it that Carl Paladino hasn't spent the 10 mil he promised to spend on his campaign? He is out there begging doners for more "emergency" funds while only spending 1.5 mil of his own promised 10 mil. He is letting his supporters down by not giving his all to this campaign. Maybe HE doesn't think he can win. He's already said in the debate that he's not mad, just passionate. Maybe he doesn't understand video tape is available of him screaming that he is "Mad as Hell"
