Ethics in campaigning

It surprises me the lengths some will go to when running for election. I would like to bring to the attention to the people of the Town of North Harmony that while running for the Highway Superintendent position it seems that signs of the Incumbent have been stolen and untruths have been told. The Incumbent has over 30 years of experience in the Town of North Harmony itself and going back to the old saying "If it isn't broke don't fix it" the Town of North Harmony is running well now. I wouldn't want someone who would act in such an unethical manner filling any elected position. Would you want someone with over 30 years of hands on experience in charge of your town or someone with almost no experience with what it takes to run it?
