JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
William E. Hubbard, 28, has been charged with four counts of second-degree criminal contempt following an incident that occurred Friday evening. At approximately 9:29 p.m., officers responded to 222 Windsor St. for a domestic incident. Upon arrival, Hubbard was found inside the residence. He did have a valid order of protection to stay away from four individual victims also inside the residence. Hubbard was taken into custody and transported to Jamestown City Jail.
Isaiah Pearson, 20, received multiple charges following a Sunday morning incident. At approximately 5:30 a.m., officers were dispatched to 849 Lafayette St. for a reported fight. Upon arrival, it was determined that Pearson had punched a male victim several times. It was also discovered that he was in violation of an order of protection after he was found with a female who he has been ordered to stay away from. Pearson was taken into custody, charged and transported to Jamestown City Jail.
LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT
Vincent J. Mardino, 34, of Gowanda, has been charged in the aftermath of a motor vehicle accident which occurred Saturday morning. At approximately 2:30 a.m., officers were dispatched to a motor vehicle accident with personal injury - which occurred on Route 474 in the town of Busti. Upon arrival, officers spoke with Mardino, operator of the vehicle, who said he had fallen asleep and exited the eastside of the roadway, hitting trees. Upon further investigation, Mardino was found to allegedly be under the influence of drugs. He was charged for driving while ability impaired by drugs, failure to maintain lane and expired inspection. He will appear in Busti Town Court at a later date.
Taylor M. Torres was charged Saturday with petit larceny after she allegedly took merchandise from Wal-Mart without paying. She was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Busti Town Court at a later date.
