The Jamestown Area YMCA will host its eighth annual Final Four fundraising party at 5 p.m. on April 5 at the Hotel Jamestown Crystal Ballroom.
The event will take place during the NCAA Final Four games.
The games will be projected on a big screen with several other flat screen televisions on display. The included buffet will be provided by Miley's Catering and a cash bar will be available with the first drink free.
Prizes include $5,000 for the first-place winner,$1,500 for second-place, $1,000 for third place, a Sabres prize pack including two tickets to the April 19 game against the New York Rangers with Harbour Club admittance and complimentary parking for fourth place and a 1-year YMCA adult membership for fifth place.
Other prizes will be awarded for every 30th ticket drawn.
The event will also include a free-throw competition, basket auction, bidding for a VIP lounge, music and other activities.
The cost of each ticket is $100 and is valid for two attendees. Money received will support YMCA youth programming, especially summer camp.
Ticket holders need not be present to win. Tickets can be purchased from any YMCA board member or at the Jamestown and Lakewood YMCA welcome centers.
In order to be in the drawing, all tickets must be received by noon on April 5. No tickets will be sold at the door.
The event sponsors are Farm Fresh Foods, Jamestown Renaissance Corporation, Lakeview Gardens, Morgan Linen Services, Pepsi Beverages Company, Smart Edge, Time Warner Cable, and Walmart.
Tickets and tables at the event can also be reserved for groups or a company team.
