SANBORN - Bradley Bihler and Howie Nolan emerged with individual wrestling titles for Maple Grove at the Niagara Frontier Wrestling Officials Tournament at Niagara County Community College on Saturday.
Bihler won at 120 pounds and Nolan at 160 pounds as Maple Grove finished 10th with 94 points.
Falconer didn't have a champion, but still had the best finish in fourth place with 127.5 points.
Lockport took the title with 214.5 points followed by Webster-Schroeder of Section 5 with 201 points and Lewiston-Porter with 157.5 points. Jamestown was 13th with 81.5 points while Southwestern was 25th with 27.5 points.
Bihler earned the 120-pound title for Maple Grove by edging Drew Marra from Olean, 3-2.
Cameron Weaver of Jamestown was fourth at 120 after losing an 8-6 decision to Tristan Almeter of Iroquois.
Nolan of Maple Grove gained the 160-pound crown by decisioning Garrett Schultz, 4-2.
Brandon Whitacre of Jamestown was sixth at 160 after dropping a 6-3 score to Jim Canterbury of St. Francis, 9-3.
Kyle Ross and Jake Penhollow of Falconer both lost in championship matches.
Ross lost to Richie Jones of St. Joseph's, who won the Tom Broad Award, at 170 pounds,11-8.
Falconer teammate Jim Schwab was fifth at 170 with a 6-3 decision over Quentin Ellis of Olean.
At 195 pounds, Penhollow of Falconer was second to James Empfield of Lancaster, 9-4.
Brian Westerdahl of Maple Grove was beaten in the 152-pound title by Ryan Kromer of Lewiston-Porter, 6-4.
Adam Gullo of Jamestown finished fourth at 152 after absorbing a 10-6 verdict by Andrew Paulsen of Iroquois.
T.J. Bihler of Maple Grove won a medical forfeit win over Seth Jones of Frontier for seventh place at 152.
Ryan Hetrick of Southwestern lost the 113-pound title to Anthony Argentieri of Kenmore West, 6-1.
Ricky Griffith of Falconer was fourth at 113 after losing to Xiaodi Chen of Webster-Schroeder, 7-1.
Shane Pancio of Olean doubled the score on Nick D'Angelo of Jamestown, 4-2, to settle seventh place at 113.
In a battle for fifth place, Kyle Liuzzo of Jamestown lost to Alex Salvaggio of Webster-Schroeder, 13-2, at 132 pounds.
Dylan Lundmark of Jamestown took seventh place as the result of medical forfeit victory over Vince Eberhart of Lockport at 138 pounds.
Dakota Lewis of Jamestown came in eighth after losing to 106-pound Dontay Gill of Lockport a major decision, 16-5.
Also at 145 pounds, Renaldo Rodriguez-Spencer won a 24-5 tech fall over Kirk Freeney of Cheektowaga and was named the Most Outstanding Wrestler of the tourney.
Zak Mata of Falconer was eighth at 145 after dropping a 6-5 verdict to Dylan Pryce of Lewiston-Porter.
Anthony Orefice of Lockport had five pins in 12:59 to win the aggregate pin award.
