ST. BONAVENTURE - Holly Eliason and Josh O'Dell of Sherman-Clymer-Panama along with Hope Pietrocarlo of Maple Grove won individual cross-country races at the annual Southern Tier Classic on the St. Bonaventure course on a cloudy Saturday.
Team-wise, Sherman-Clymer-Panama took the Varsity Girls Small Schools title and Maple Grove the Varsity Girls Large Schools crown.
Eliason outdistanced 28 runners in the Varsity Girls Small Schools with a 21:10 clocking as Sherman-Clymer-Panama took the crown with 32 points followed closely by Silver Creek with 34 points and Eisenhower with 59 while Franklinville, Cuba-Rushford, Cuba-Rushford, Addison, Coudersport and Otto-Eldred scores were incomplete.

Emma Seiders of Silver Creek was second with a 21:37.3 reading and Julie Bauer of Eisenhower third with a 22:08.1.
For Clymer-Sherman-Panama, Katie Pacy was fourth (22:43.5), Grace Dennis eighth (24.22.9), Jurnee Hannold ninth (24.23.3) and Lauren Michael 10th (25.03.9).
Silver Creek, besides Emma Seiders' runnerup finish, had Rachel Radack fifth (23:00.5), Hannah Seiders sixth (23:05.3), Sarah Adams seventh (23:32.7) and Claire Castiglia 14th (25:39.7).
Josh O'Dell of Clymer-Sherman-Panama captured the Varsity Boys Small School race with a 17:45.1 reading followed by Gabe Trimbur of Coudersport, Pa., 17:51.4 and Devin VanGuilder of Eisenhower 18:03.5.

Dan O'Dell of Clymer-Sherman-Panama was fifth (16:46.4) and Jake Mullen of Silver Creek 12th (18:36.8) and teammate Caleb Makuch 13th (19:37.4).
Addison of Section 5 captured team competition with 50 points followed by Silver Creek with 89 points and Sherman-Clymer-Panama with 102 points. Randolph was eighth with 191 points in the 11-team field.
Led by Pietrocarlo, Maple Grove was first in the Varsity Girls Large Schools race with 35 points, Alden placed second with 43 points, Allegany-Limestone third with 88 points and Jamestown fourth with 105 points and Southwestern fifth with 133 points.
Pietrocarlo posted a 20:16.6 time for Maple Grove in having a gap over Mariah Smith of Hornell, who was clocked in 20:46.2 for second place.
Taylor Norris of Maple Grove finished third (21;06) while teammates Grace Auer was seventh (21.42.2), Kristin Kelemen was ninth (22;03.8) and Ally Saar was 15th (24:11.9).
Cassie Cramer of Southwestern placed 11th (23:06) and Rachel Johnson of Jamestown ended up 16th (24:29.6).
In the Varsity Boys Large School Division, Southwestern (53) placed second to Alden, which scored 50. Olean wound up third with 105 points.
Maple Grove, without standout runner Corey Wefing who was away visiting colleges, was fifth with 134 points and Jamestown fifth with 135 points.
Ryan Hetrick came in third for Southwestern with a 17:46.3 and teammate Jordan Powers was fourth with a 17:54.1. Jacob Hinsdale was 14th (19:05.3), Mark Mitchener 15th (19:09) and Giuseppe Hoose 17th (19:11.3) for Southwestern.
Christian Edborg of Jamestown was fifth with 18:09.1 in the race headed up by Owen Barber of Allegany-Limestone with a 17:10.3 followed by second place Dylan Servos of Alden with a 17:10.9.
With Wefing not competing in the race, Frank Zuroski had the best finish for Maple Grove with a 12th place (19:01.4).
Other finishes for Maple Grove were Ben Soffel 27th (20:02.6) Nick Brooker 28th (20:11.6), Colin Colburn 32th (20:30.3) and 35th Jason Thompson (20.33.3).
For Jamestown, Joanthan Healy was 22nd (19:41.7), Michael Johnson 31st (20:25.7), Matthew Lombardo 38th (21:13.6) and Andre Johnson 39th (21;24.3).
