JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
Brittany M. Lewellen, 26, of Jamestown was charged with failure to keep right, moving from lane unsafely, driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher Saturday morning. Jamestown police observed a vehicle failing to keep right at 12:14 a.m. on West Third Street. The vehicle was stopped at Catlin Avenue and Lewellen was determined to the operating the vehicle in an intoxicated state. She will be arraigned in Jamestown City Court.

MINA - Gary W. Rafaloski, 59, of 10734 Gaswell Road, Clymer, was charged with second-degree harassment, fourth-degree criminal mischief and obstruction of breathing or blood circulation Saturday morning. Sheriff's deputies were called to 10734 Gaswell Road at 4:40 a.m. for a physical altercation between two subjects. An investigation determined Rafaloski was the aggressor and he was taken into custody. He is being held in Chautauqua County Jail in lieu of $2,000/$4,000 property bail.
CHAUTAUQUA - Erik J. Lindquist, 32, of Kennedy was charged with unregistered motor vehicle, failure to use designated lane, no turn signal, failure to comply with lawful order of a police officer, driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher Saturday. Sheriff's deputies on patrol observed a side-by-side recreational vehicle make several lane violations in the normal driving lane on Route 394 at 4:55 p.m. in the village of Mayville. When deputies attempted to stop the vehicle, Lindquist allegedly fled through several different properties before finally stopping on Clark Street. He will appear in Town of Chautauqua Court at a later date.
CHAUTAUQUA - Henry B. Stovall, 36, of Mayville was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation Saturday. Sheriff's deputies on patrol observed a subject who was known to have a suspended driver's license operating a vehicle on Water Street at 4:32 p.m. in the village of Mayville. The vehicle was stopped and Stovall was identified as the driver. Stovall's license had been suspended pending prosecution for an alcohol-related offense. He will appear in Town of Chautauqua Court at a later date.
