Charles C. Cali, Jr., 83, of Heritage Park Rehab & Skilled Nursing, formerly of 44 Holman St., crossed the rainbow bridge to join his heavenly Father on Friday, July 26, 2013, at WCA Hospital.
He was born in Jamestown on Sept. 7, 1929, one of seven children of the late Charles C. and Jennie Ingrao Cali, Sr.
A U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War, he had been employed for many years by the Blackstone Corp. He also enjoyed repairing washers and dryers.
Chuck was a member of St. James Catholic Church and a life member of both the Henry Mosher Post #638 American Legion and the John W. Tiffany Post #53 VFW.
He is survived by a brother, Anthony Cali, who lives in California.
He was preceded in death by four brothers, Mike, Len, Joe and Angelo Cali, and a sister, Grace Cali.
A private interment will take place in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Visitation will not be observed.
