ELLICOTT POLICE DEPARTMENT
Christine M. Kinser, 33, of Lakeview Avenue, Jamestown was charged Saturday with aggravated harassment. Police received a complaint of harassment in the village of Celoron. An investigation found Kinser allegedly threatened to kill an ex-boyfriend over the phone. Kinser was arraigned in Ellicott Court and committed to Chautauqua County Jail.
Thomas M. Giambruno, 50, of Briarwood Drive, Lakewood was charged Friday with failure to maintain lane, driving while intoxicated per se and aggravated driving while intoxicated. Police responded to a property damage accident in West Ellicott. Giambruno will appear in court at a later date.
William J. Giambelluca, 23, of Mosher Street, Falconer was charged with two counts of fourth-degree grand larceny. Giambelluca was found to have allegedly stolen firearms from a residence on two occasions. He was arraigned and remanded to Chautauqua County Jail.
JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
Justin M. Main, 30, of Charles Street, was charged at 12:20 a.m. on Monday with felony third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, criminal obstruction of breathing, fourth-degree criminal mischief, obstructing governmental administration, disorderly conduct and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Police responded to a report of a domestic dispute. Police learned Main allegedly engaged in a physical dispute with a female victim prior to officers' arrival. During their investigation, Main dropped a switchblade knife from his pocket. After being taken into custody, Main was allegedly found to be in possession of a controlled substance. He was remanded to Chautauqua County Jail.
