The Chautauqua Region Community Foundation will host the 16th annual golf tournament on May 20 at Moon Brook Country Club.
There is still time to register. Player and sponsor forms are available online at www.crcfonline.org or by calling the foundation office at 661-3390. Completed forms may be mailed, emailed or faxed to the foundation by May 13.
The event begins with an 11 a.m. shotgun start. As players make their way around the course, they will be scored on the best two balls out of four. Lunch will be served on the course and dinner will be served in the clubhouse following the tournament.

To date more than $200,000 has been raised to support important projects and initiatives throughout the region. Most recently, projects have been associated with economic development, health care and education.
The foundation is celebrating its 35th anniversary. In honor of that milestone, the foundation has planned a summer full of events. For more information on upcoming events, "like" the Community Foundation on Facebook.
