Reliever Josh Ahlstrom pitched Maple Grove out of a bases-loaded jam in the top of the fourth inning and then the Red Dragons plated three runs to break a 3-3 tie in the bottom half of the fourth on the way to an 11-5 non-league victory over Falconer during the Baseball Showcase at Diethrick Park.
Ahlstrom finished out the game and earned the victory. He fanned one and struck out one in 3 innings pitched.
Maple Grove (6-5) collected 16 hits as Will Lucas went 3-for-5 with two RBIs, Collin Stack added a double and a triple and two RBIs and Jeff Tampe went 3-for-4 with a pair of RBIs.

Also chipping in was Ahlstrom (two hits, including a double) and Gram Nelson (two hits in three at-bats).
For Falconer, which fell to 2-10 overall, Mike Wilcox and Kyle Petersen led the way with three hits apiece and Jim Schwab had two.
In just his second career start, Brocton pitcher Macalum Buchanan took a no-hitter into the sixth inning on the way to clinching an 11-0 shutout victory over Panama during the High School Baseball Showcase.
Buchanan struck out four batters, walked three and allowed two hits, and helped his own cause with a 2-for-3 afternoon with one RBI.
The Bulldogs' offense provided Buchanan with plenty of run support and gave him a 7-0 lead after three innings, then they added two runs in the fifth and sixth inning to go ahead 11-0.
Dan Ferguson went 2-for-2 with two walks and two RBIs while Scot Laurie went 4-for-4 with a double, a triple and three RBIs in the victory.
PINE VALLEY BREEZES
Tyler Swanson struck out 11 batters in a complete-game effort and helped his own cause with two RBIs as the Pine Valley Panthers (5-3) defeated Ripley, 9-1, during the Baseball Showcase at Diethrick Park.
Swanson allowed three hits and two walks on the mound and went 2-for-4 with a double at the plate.
Pine Valley's offense started early, taking a 1-0 lead in the top of the first. The Panthers scored four more runs in the second and then another three in the fourth to take a commanding lead.
Lucas Trombley led the victors with two hits, including a double, two runs scored and an RBI.

RAIDERS TRIM WSW
WEST SENECA - Bram Johnson's arm and Jake Sisson's bat helped Jamestown earn its division victory of the season.
Johnson tossed a complete game with six strikeouts, scattered four hits, issued three walks and gave up three runs (two of which were earned) as the Red Raiders (2-8, 1-5) edged West Seneca West, 4-3.
With the game knotted at 3-3 in the top of the seventh inning, Boe Brooks drew a walk, was sacrificed to second and then scored the eventual game-winning run when Sisson drilled a single to center field.
Along with Sisson, who finished 3-for-4 with two RBIs, Johnson also delivered a pair of hits, including a double.
Jamestown hosts Clarence on Monday at the Martin Road Complex.
