A Mayville woman was cited for running a stop sign after a Friday afternoon accident in Jamestown.
Police were called to a property-damage accident at 2:42 p.m. at the intersection of West Sixth Street and Whitley Avenue. 38-year-old Jill Paulus was driving her 2004 gray Dodge Stratus northbound on Whitley Avenue when she ran a stop sign and was t-boned by 34-year-old Candace Pacitti's 2009 red Toyota Camry which was traveling eastbound on West Sixth Street.
When police arrived on scene, both cars were facing different directions from which they were originally traveling according to witnesses.

Pacitti was taken to WCA Hospital by a relative in a private vehicle while Paulus was taken by Alstar EMS.
