The Post-Journal

Korean War veteran Peter Carlo, of Jamestown, donated an 8-by-5-foot American flag to Randolph Central School and Frewsburg Central School at the varsity basketball game on Feb. 12. The flag, which has been flown over the Capitol Building in Washington, D.C., was presented to Laurie Sanders, high school principal, at halftime. The presentation included recognition of all veterans attending the event and Carlo read the lyrics of Lee Greenwood's song, "God Bless the U.S.A."
