MINA - An Ohio man was charged following a two-car motor-vehicle accident Friday afternoon.

Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies and the Findley Lake Volunteer Fire Department responded to a call for a collision at state Route 426 and Interstate 86 at 2:41 p.m. Deputies say John Rossiter, 75, of Chesterland, Ohio, failed to yield the right of way at a stop sign and pulled out in front of a northbound Ford Mustang.

Two of the occupants of the Mustang were transported to Hamot/UPMC in Erie, Pa., for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.

Rossiter will appear in Town of Mina Court at a later date.
