Alberta King Warner, 73, of the Chautauqua County Home, formerly of Grant Street, Jamestown, died at 9:48 a.m. Wednesday (March 13, 2013), in the nursing facility.
She was born in Gowanda, N.Y., on Sept. 28, 1939, the daughter of Daniel J. and Ruby Martin King.
Alberta was Catholic by faith.

She is survived by three sons: Roy (Lori) Warner, Cleveland, Ohio, Robert (Kerry) Warner, Jamestown, and Edward (Kim) Warner, Ellery Center; a daughter, Alberta Monagle, James-town; 10 grandchildren: Jessica Smith, Julie, James and Douglas Monagle, Jamestown, Matthew, Christopher, Marrie and Joseph Warner, Ohio, Cassie Chapman, Sherman, N.Y. and Tessa Warner, Ellery Center; several great-grandchildren; two brothers: Ralph (Rickey) and Robert (Marylou) King, Sinclairville; two sisters: Lillian (Ronald) Arnold, Ellery Center, and Sandra (Buzz) Becker, Gowanda; and her best friend, Linda Gorton, Jamestown.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Lewis Warner Sr., who died on Feb. 12, 2013; two brothers: Daniel and Edward King; and a sister, Lynda Macri.
The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday in the Hubert Funeral Home and Cremation Services. The Rev. Darrell G. Duffy, pastor of St. James Catholic Church, will officiate.
Friends will be received for two hours prior to the funeral service.
