Jayhawks Baseball Team Loses A Pair On Saturday

MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. -The Jamestown Community College baseball team (0-7) dropped two games to the County College of Morris (2-2) from Randolph, N.J., on Saturday.n Saturday

The Jayhawks lost the first game, 12-10. They collected 12 hits, but committed two errors which led to five unearned runs for the Titans.

Kody Kondrilk had three singles for JCC while Levi Madden had two.

Lyle Howard was the starting pitcher for the Jayhawks and went four innings and took the loss.

Morris won the second game, 7-5, as the Jayhawks had only three hits.

A big hit for JCC was a pinch-hit, two-run triple by Elio Gonzalez.

Jake Harford went five innings and took the pitching loss. Christian VanNote finished up.

The Jayhawks played North Central Missouri College from Trenton, Mo., on Sunday
