Daniel and Diane Kling of Jamestown, N.Y. announce the engagement of their daughter, Bethany Sarah, to Christopher Lightfield, the son of James and Elizabeth Lightfield of Cincinnati, Ohio. Miss Kling is also the granddaughter of Nancy Kling of Jamestown, N.Y., and the late Douglas Kling, and Helen Alden of Jamestown, N.Y., and the late Donald Alden.
Miss Kling is a 2006 graduate of Jamestown High School and earned her Bachelor of Science degree in education from Slippery Rock University in 2009. She is employed by Stafford County Schools, Stafford, Va. Her fiance is a 2006 graduate of William Mason High School, Cincinnati, and a 2011 graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a degree in aerospace engineering. He is employed by Lockheed Martin in Alexandria, Va.
An Aug. 4, 2013, wedding is planned in Stafford, Va.
