JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPT.
Aaron R. Johnson, 36, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt. On Wednesday at 6 p.m., officers responded to a call for an unwanted, intoxicated male. Police found there was a valid order of protection for Johnson to stay away from the city residence. Johnson was transported to Jamestown City Jail and was held pending arraignment.
ELLICOTT POLICE DEPT.
Leanne J. Dowdall-Moore, 26, of Route 394, Mayville, was charged with larceny. Police on Feb. 27 were notified by Sam's Club security that merchandise had been stolen from the store. Dowdall-Moore was later located and taken into custody on an arrest warrant. She was arraigned in Ellicott Court and released to appear back in court at a later date.
CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE
FRANKLINVILLE - Chad W. Terwilliger, 34, of South Main Street was charged with violating a family court act. He was arraigned in Franklinville Court and transported to County Jail.
