Davis has B.S. degrees in forest engineering and civil engineering from Oregon State University and has specialized experience in roadway design, hydrology and hydraulics, stormwater management, and erosion and sediment control.
Davis grew up in Oregon and currently lives in Frewsburg with his wife Kimberly and their two children.
