KENNEDY, N.Y. - Cindy J. Shaver, 65, of Mud Creek Road, Kennedy, N.Y., passed away unexpectedly at 8:50 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 21, 2013, in WCA Hospital.
She was a retired employee of Truck-Lite.
