The City Parks, Recreation and Conservation Department has announced a meeting of all managers in the City Recreation Baseball League on Feb. 27 at 6 p.m. in the offices of the Parks and Recreation Department at 145 Steele St.
Those interested in managing a team should plan to attend. A good knowledge of baseball and its rules is mandatory.
